Thank you for submitting an application to adopt one of our dogs.
Our aim is to find our dogs loving, forever homes so we hope you understand we need to concentrate on those applications from families which match our criteria, are ready to adopt, have decided which dog they would like to offer a home to and who closely match the dog's requirements.
We aim to respond to adoption enquiries that meet our criteria within 48 hours. Sometimes our first email response can go into the spam / junk folder so please also kindly check there. If you find it there, please use your mail system's option to flag our email as not spam.

What happens next?

If your application is accepted, one of our re-homing team will contact you directly to discuss your application.
If all goes well with the initial discussion, a home check will be offered. This is to ensure your home environment is suitable and you match the dog's needs that you have registered an interest in.
This process can move quickly so please be ready to adopt, otherwise you could miss out on the dog you are hoping to adopt.
With some dogs, especially for our puppies, it is likely that there are other potential adopters whose applications are also being processed at the same time as yours, and are being offered home checks. This means we are unable to promise or hold a dog for you before a home check has been completed and passed.
Once passed you can then meet the dog in their foster home which you will need to be prepared to travel too, or reserve the dog for meeting on arrival at our arrival home in Fleet, Hampshire.
We are unable to keep every enquiry updated on the 'current' status of each available dog. Our website is updated once a dog has been reserved or adopted so please kindly check there for updated status at the end of each day.
