This is Sasha who along with her brother and sister, George and Tania, has arrived in the UK and is now enjoying life with one of our foster families.

Their poor mum is a stray in a rural area, she keeps giving birth to at least 3 pups per litter. Local rescuers have tried for nearly 2 years to catch her, so they can neuter her to prevent her constant stream of babies. They manage to catch most of her babies and find them homes but the cycle really needs to end for everyones' well being. Especially the mum's. But until that time, the rescuers continue to help her offspring.

Sasha and siblings are the latest pups and now old enough to travel we would love for them to find happy lives in the UK.

Sasha is a happy active pup who is sociable with dogs and can live with cats.

Sasha is fully vaccinated and microchipped, but is still too young to be neutered so adopters will be asked to commit to doing this as soon as she is old enough.

Please only apply if you are 100% committed to the hard work a puppy can bring, broken sleep, toilet training, socialisation, boundaries. The first week is very important and with the right boundaries and guidance Sasha will easily adjust and make a lovely addition to any home, but adopters need to be fully prepared.

Our foster home has provided the feedback below:
Dog's Name: Sasha

Where does Sasha sleep at night?
Sasha sleeps in her bed next to mine. She sleeps soundly through the night and is very excited to see me in the morning for some cuddles, followed by a visit to the garden.

How is Sasha with current pets?
She is very good with our dog, very keen to play with him but gets a little shy at times as our dog is quite a bit bigger and can be a little boisterous. She is very polite with our cat and wants to be friends but our cat is not interested. She is intrigued by the chickens but just watches them politely.

Is Sasha clean indoors?
Sasha has had a few accidents in the house but is learning to toilet outside. She currently prefers to go in the garden.

Can Sasha be left alone?
We have left Sasha for very short periods so far. She gets quite anxious so we are slowly building this up now.

Is Sasha out on walks?
Yes, she loves her walks and is very eager to smell everything when we are in the woods or fields. She gets shy when she meets people and dogs and will hide behind my legs but with a little time comes out ans gives them a little sniff. She is currently quite anxious around cars so we are walking in areas where she can see them from a little distance, taking time to watch them pass. Sometimes she needs encouragement to carry on walking as so many things are new to her and a little scary. She is making really good progress though and her confidence is growing every day.

How does Sasha walk on the lead?
She walks nicely on the lead. She likes to be at the front, eager to find the next smell.

Has Sasha met with other dogs?
Shew has met a few dogs and initially was quite shy. She is keen to give them a sniff from a save distance.

How is Sasha with humans?
Sasha is quite shy and keeps her distance when meeting strangers. She wants to be near people and will settle next to us when we sit down but in her own time. She sometimes gets startled and runs away when we approach her from behind or come down the stairs. When she feels save she loves to cuddle and play. She loves to snuggle next to me on the sofa in the evenings and would happily sleep in my bed too :-)

Have you noticed if Sasha is afraid of any particular things?
Sasha is not particularly afraid of any household noises (hoover, kettle, washing machine, bathroom fan etc. are all fine) but she is wary of strangers and quite scared of passing traffic.

Any other useful information?
Sasha is a very very sweet girl and has so much love to give. She is full of cuddles and kisses when she feels safe and loves to play with her toys. She is a keen shoe thief and we are constantly retrieving our unsupervised shoes from her bed :-) She does not chew them though! Sasha is a very pretty girl with long legs and a super soft coat that feels like you're cuddling a fluffy cloud. We all love her very much. She is very polite and happy to quietly settle next to us when we sit down. She loves exploring the garden but currently needs somebody to be with her. She does not like to be left alone and tries to follow us everywhere. We are working on leaving her for short periods so she can get used to it. She is playful with our dog and very polite with the cat and the chickens.

Sasha is a lovely girl who will make her new family very happy. She currently is quite shy and will run away and hide if she gets scared but she is getting more confident every day. Adopters will need to be patient and continue to gently expose her to new situations, people and dogs so she can grow her confidence. She really wants to be brave, she just needs a little time since everything is quite new to her. She is quite afraid of traffic so a more rural area would be easier for her. I feel she would really benefit from having a calm dog in the house to show her life is not so scary.
